Located in the heart of California’s Napa and Lake County wine regions, Langtry Farms and The Guenoc Vineyards is a 22,000ac. property that includes over 300ac. of prime vineyards, the historic Lilly Langtry home and Hunting Lodge and several active fishing lakes. Our task was to assist the Owners in working with the County to understand the real estate potential of their land holding, expanding their vineyard operations while creating a new, agrarian/recreation based community with expansive, actively managed open space preserves.
